MUST sleep well


I find out from Yiling's blog state that

The National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey found that sleeping less than seven hours a night may increase one's appetite, and result in a higher risk of weight gain and obesity. The risk increases with every hour of lost sleep.

omg...
the time we sleep
lead to gain or lose weight

SO.... At least SEVEN hours a day
